The Fracture Mechanics Foundation course offered by Rosen through the Competence Club was thorough, well-organized, and covered content that was directly applicable to the pipeline industry. The online mentoring sessions with Phil Hopkins were extremely valuable, his preparation ahead of the session and documented responses to each students inquiry was appreciated and had a big impact on knowledge retention. I would recommend this format and course to any pipeline or integrity engineer who is looking to build a better technical understanding of fracture mechanics.
