REIF: Safety Culture

This e-learn explains and discusses ‘safety culture’. Safety culture is the part of the overall culture of an organization that affects the attitudes and beliefs of members of staff in terms of health and safety performance. The observable artefacts of a safety culture are often called the ‘safety climate’. 

The e-learn covers both safety culture, and safety climate, and ends by covering the effect of human behaviour on safety.
