Phil's professional achievements extend beyond consultancy. He holds esteemed fellowship positions in both the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), the UK's Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and is a founding member of the Qualification Panel for the Pipeline Industry (QPPI).
