The Competence Club was created in 2015 with the mission to make the pipeline industry safer and more sustainable by improving workforce competence. In that time, we've worked with over 3,500 members from universities, organizations, and groups to help develop and support employees. This year, we are delighted to have continued our hard work by establishing more global partnerships than ever before in our pipeline network!

Our knowledge network is centered around industry experts, and we are thrilled to have recently partnered with two highly experienced specialists. With a collective experience of 75 years, they have created two new self-study courses that we are excited to offer you:
- In our new Oil Pipeline Energy Management course developed by Tom Miesner, you will discover the key to energy usage for controllers and schedulers, system resistance and power curves, centrifugal pump and station curves, power contracts and rates, demand response, and more.
- In our new complimentary Understanding Natural Gas Pipeline in North America course developed by Bryce Lord, you'll gain an understanding of industry incidents, government policies, transportation of natural gas, revenue generation, and more.
