Kent Muhlbauer

W. Kent Muhlbauer is been president of WKM Consultancy since 1994.

He has advised and consulted internationally in the specialized areas of pipeline risk management, pipeline quality management, regulatory compliance, and technical aspects of pipeline designs and operations. Mr. Muhlbauer has been a primary investigator and consultant in numerous pipeline technical projects for over 50 clients, including some of the largest pipeline operators in the world.

Mr. Muhlbauer is probably best-known for his influential book, Pipeline Risk Management Manual. He has also authored several high-end software packages, including the Pipeline Risk Controller, PipeCalc version 4.0, and the Pipeline Rules of Thumb CD.
